Zesty Lemon Tart (GF)

I LOVE a lemon tart - crunchy sweet pastry with a citrus-flavoured, creamy lemon filling! Plus they are PERFECT for summer - best served with cream or ice cream, this is a perfect recipe you can bake in advance, and will last for up to three days!  

This recipe calls for my GF pastry base recipe, which, not to toot my own horn, is the yummiest I have ever tried and I really hope you like it! This tart is the perfect size for sharing and makes about 10 generous slices!
