Peppermint Bark is a Christmas must-have in our house, firstly I'm OBSESSED with mint chocolate - I know it's not for everyone but this is one of my favourite holiday treats, and so I really hope you love it as much as I do. The trick with this one is to make your life as easy as possible - pick simple decorations to top the bark - you could even keep it plain - but I have opted for a selection of Candy Canes, and festive sprinkles, including snowflakes! As always, when working with sprinkles, please double-check that they are gluten free - so many of them contain gluten, and that's why I tend to use Baking Time Club, which are gluten free and vegan!
Crush your candy canes in a ziplock bag, bashing them with a rolling pin! This ensures minimal mess and means you can pick out the pieces you like for your Bark!
