This is one of my favourite breakfast/brunch creations and it is so quick and simple to make! Pastries filled with a fresh, homemade cherry & strawberry compote that is sure to impress anyone you serve them to!
The trick here is making sure your compote is thick enough before using it in your pastries - cornflour will help you to do this!

Why not be a bit more creative with your danish shapes? You could make rectangular pastries, folded diamond pastries, or even pinwheels!
