During the months of November or December, I love to experiment with festive breakfasts, trying to make EVERYTHING themed (of course), but I saw a nutella version of this beauty on Instagram, and knew I had to make a Gluten Free, salted caramel version!
It's super easy to make, a danish pastry Christmas tree , filled with the Marks & Spencer Salted Caramel Spread, and dusted in icing sugar - it's insanely delicious and perfect for a coffee morning, or an addition to brunch!
This can be a messy one to put together, and the pastry can slide, if you need to - poke some cocktail sticks in to hold the shape whilst baking, and you can simply remove them when it's done!
