As you know, I love any excuse to make a themed bake, more than that - I love a HALLOWEEN-THEMED bake!
Delicious "rice-krispie"-style treats, shaped into pumpkins and decorated with a Matchmaker stalk (I used the orange-flavoured ones), and icing eyes - they're definitely a showstopper! Whether you're making them for Halloween night, or to hand out at a party or 'trick-or-treating' they're a quick and easy no-bake treat, perfect to celebrate this time of year!
If needed, you can also make these treats dairy free by using a hard block of dairy free spread, like Stork, instead of butter (Don't use the tub Stork, though, or they won't set properly)!
Scroll down for the recipe card, and I hope you enjoy them!
Working with a marshmallow mixture will be incredibly sticky! If you're having trouble with it sticking to your hands, run them under some cold water, and leave them damp whilst you are shaping your mixture - it won't change the taste either, once they've set!
