It's a cheesecake, with a layer of caramel, IN AN EASTER EGG! I know, I know - it's a lot of chocolate - but what could be a yummier treat to enjoy on Easter Sunday, or in the lead up to Easter... OR if you have any left over Easter Eggs to use up (To be totally honest - I don't think I have EVER had 'left-over Easter eggs haha).

These are no-bake, and super simple to make! For the decorations on top, I found some gluten free sprinkles, mini eggs, a carrot fondant topper, and OF COURSE, a Kitkat bunny (in the UK Kitkat bunnies are gluten free)!!
Pipe your cheesecake filling into your Easter Egg half to avoid any mess around the edges, you can always smooth it out with a spatula or the back of a spoon!
