Geometric Heart cake pops are EVERYWHERE at the moment! But I haven't found ANY gluten free recipes for them, so I decided to create one myself!
You could absolutely sub the white chocolate for milk if you prefer - or dark chocolate if you are feeling adventurous! Or use a mix of all three!
For the sprinkles, I used my trusty Baking Time Club sprinkles - they are vegan and gluten free. Remember to be cautious when using sprinkles as a lot of them contain wheat!
I purchased my geometric heart mould on Amazon - you can find a link to the one I used here* - https://www.amazon.co.uk/shop/theglutenfreelifeforme under the 'Baking' section.
Don't try to remove your chocolate shells until all steps are complete and they have completely set. The shells are incredibly delicate, but by making your cake pop inside the mould - they'll keep their shape!
