Chocolate bark is SUCH an easy and effective treat to make! You only need a handful of ingredients to make it look effective and you can use ANYTHING that you like!
For this Halloween-themed bark, I used Candy Corn (yes it's gluten free!), icing 'eyeballs' (which I picked up from the supermarket), Orange Reeces Pieces, and some halloween sprinkles!
I recommend using a baking tray, or a traybake dish to make your bark, as it will ensure you get a thickness to the chocolate - and of course, if you fancy a more decadent version, you could always let a layer of chocolate set, pipe/drizzle a layer of your favourite spread or nut butter and cover it in another layer of chocolate, before decorating!
Make sure that part of your baking paper is poking out from the tray, so that it will be easy to lift out once your chocolate sets! Then using a sharp knife (run it under hot water for a couple of seconds and dry it), you'll be able to cut it into chunks!
