If you're a fan of Disney, or have visited any of the Parks, chances are you will have seen a Rice-Crispie Treat or two! These immediately remind me of Main Street & the Main Street Bakery, just a few steps away from the Disney castle!
Shaped like Mickey (which ABSOLUTELY makes it taste better), and often topped with chocolate and sprinkles, I thought it would be great to bing a taste of that magic home! An added bonus is that they are SUPER easy to make, and technically, no baking is involved!
If needed, you can also make these treats dairy free by using a hard block of dairy free spread, like Stork, instead of butter (Don't use the tub Stork, though, or they won't set properly)!
I used some Mickey-Shaped cookie cutters, to get the shape of the treats. You can find the link to the ones I used here*:

Working with a marshmallow mixture will be incredibly sticky! If you're having trouble with it sticking to your hands or spoon, run them under some cold water, and leave them damp whilst you are pressing down your mixture - it won't change the taste either, once they've set!
