As some of you may already know, we were due to travel to Walt Disney World in September 2020, but the universe had other plans. So whilst we've been unable to travel, I've been dreaming about our next Disney holiday non-stop, trying to being a bit of the magic into our home.
Part of trying to bring the magic home has also been making gluten free versions of Disney treats, that you just can't get in the parks - one of which is the delicious chocolate twist pastry - the Cheshire Cat Tail from the Cheshire Cafe in Magic Kingdom!
I know this is a super quick and easy treat, but I am trying to learn how to make these from scratch!
You should be able to pick chocolate twists up from your local supermarket, but if not, there are a number of small online businesses that sell them too - such as Kavanagh's Tea Room, or Mannadew (they're great for gluten free pastries!)
