"Milkybar" Cheesecakes (GF)
Does anyone else remember the adverts of the Milkybar Kid? Or Milkybar Choo bars? (I think that gives away the fact that I am absolutely a 90's kid haha!)
Well, here is a recipe for six individual 'no-bake' white chocolate cheesecakes, made three ways - the base & cheesecake mixture is the same for all three, but the topping is up to you - I went for:
* A home-made strawberry compote topping (I used the strawberry jam method from my Strawberry & Cherry Pastries recipe)
* A chocolate-lover's dream - milk and white chocolate chunks
* A simple and light topping of grated milk chocolate

Helpful Hint!
Milkybar chocolate is a 'may contain' for wheat - so it's a firm no-go if you're coeliac. That's why I've used plain white chocolate in this recipe! (But, if you aren't coeliac - why not use Milkybar itself!)
