A pink, white chocolate shell, filled with frozen strawberry yogurt and chunks of fruit - with a white chocolate and meringue chunk base! A refreshing and delicious treat that is SO easy to make and keep in the freezer!

When using food colouring, always opt for a gel or powder where possible, and add a little at a time - you can always add more, but you can't take it out once it's in!
